Right of complaint

As a customer at nordicweaving.dk, you are entitled to complain about a product that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the product was sold. The right of complaint is valid for 2 years and includes manufacturing and material defects.

In order to exercise the right to a complaint, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect/error has not arisen through incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.

If you wish to exercise your right to a complaint, you are encouraged to describe the product's fault or defect. This will avoid any possible extension of the processing process as a result of troubleshooting.

At nordicweaving.dk, we do not accept items that are returned cash on delivery or that are sent without postage. When returning the item, please send it in proper packaging.
